Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of BaziLuck 八字运, including its website, software, readings, reports, chat, and subscriptions. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of BaziLuck. Please read these terms before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service or purchase a subscription.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. Provide accurate account and billing information, keep your login secure, and do not share or sell access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us through Contact Us if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Readings and your decisions

BaziLuck offers traditional metaphysical interpretations and AI-assisted content for personal reflection and entertainment. Readings, scores, suggested dates, and predictions are not established statements of fact and may be inaccurate or incomplete. AI-generated content may contain errors.

The service is not financial, investment, medical, legal, or other professional advice. It does not promise wealth, health, relationship success, or any other outcome. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for decisions; verify relevant information and obtain qualified advice where needed. You remain responsible for your choices.

3. Our intellectual property and your license

We and our licensors retain all rights in the service's software, original text, designs, branding, graphics, and other protected materials. Access does not transfer ownership. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses.

While you comply with these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and save or print your reports for personal, non-commercial use. Other rights are reserved. Without written permission, you must not copy, republish, resell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected service materials, except where permitted by law or a relevant third-party license. We do not claim ownership of traditional concepts, your personal data, or rights that the law does not grant us.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape or bulk-extract service content, use automated access without permission, or use service materials to train or build a competing model or service without written authorization.
• Do not bypass payment, credits, rate limits, authentication, or security controls; reverse engineer the software except where applicable law permits; or interfere with the service.
• Do not upload malware, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or abusive activities.
• Do not remove ownership notices or imply that we endorse you, your business, or your results.

5. Information you submit

You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant us permission to process that information only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the service and meet legal obligations. Only submit information you are entitled to use, and obtain any necessary permission before entering another person's birth or other personal details. These terms do not authorize the sale of your personal data or replace any privacy notice or consent required by law.

6. Payments, renewals, and refunds

The price, billing frequency, and plan limits displayed at purchase apply. Subscriptions renew as disclosed at checkout until canceled. Use Manage billing in your account to cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues to the end of the paid period.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, as described in our No-refund policy. Stripe processes payments, and its applicable payment terms may also apply. We will disclose price changes before they apply to a future renewal and give you an opportunity to cancel.

7. Availability and account restrictions

We may maintain, update, or change the service and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to resolve the issue; urgent risks may require immediate action. You can contact us to request a review.

If we discontinue a paid service or materially reduce it during a prepaid period, we will provide reasonable notice and any refund or other remedy required by law. Suspension does not remove your statutory rights.

8. Responsibility and liability

We are responsible for providing paid services with the care and skill required by applicable law. We do not guarantee that interpretations or predictions will be correct or achieve a particular result. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by decisions you make independently of a breach of our obligations, or by inaccurate information you supply.

The service is licensed for personal use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business losses such as lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or business interruption arising from commercial use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Protecting and enforcing rights

We reserve the right to seek lawful remedies for infringement, fraud, or misuse, including removal of infringing material and court orders where available. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.

10. Changes, questions, and disputes

We may update these terms for changes to the service or legal requirements. We will publish the revised terms with an updated date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting existing users, seeking consent where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter completed purchases.

For questions, rights complaints, or disputes, open BaziLuck and select Contact Us in the menu. Please identify the issue and relevant account or transaction, without sending passwords or full card details. Nothing here limits your right to contact a regulator or use the courts and consumer protections available under applicable law.

本服务不构成财务、投资、医疗、法律或其他专业意见，亦不保证财富、健康、感情或其他结果。请勿将其作为决策的唯一依据；必要时应核实资料并寻求合资格专业人士的建议。您须对自己的选择负责。

3. 知识产权与使用许可

我们及许可方保留服务中软件、原创文字、设计、品牌、图像及其他受保护材料的所有权利。使用服务不会转移所有权。第三方材料仍受其权利人及适用许可约束。

遵守本条款期间，您获得有限、非独占且不可转让的许可，可为个人非商业目的使用服务及保存或打印自己的报告。其他权利均予保留。未经书面许可，不得复制、再发布、转售、再许可、商业利用受保护材料或据其制作衍生作品，法律或相关第三方许可允许的情况除外。我们不主张拥有传统概念、您的个人资料或法律未授予我们的权利。

4. 使用规范

• 未经许可，不得抓取或批量提取内容、自动访问服务，或使用服务材料训练或建立竞争模型或服务。
• 不得绕过付款、额度、速率限制、身份验证或安全控制，不得干扰服务；除适用法律允许外，不得对软件进行逆向工程。
• 不得上传恶意软件、冒充他人、侵犯知识产权或隐私，或利用服务从事违法、欺诈、威胁或滥用行为。
• 不得删除权属声明，或暗示我们为您、您的业务或结果背书。

5. 您提交的资料

您保留对所提交资料的权利。您授权我们仅在提供、保护及支持服务和履行法律义务所合理需要的范围内处理资料。请仅提交您有权使用的资料，并在输入他人的出生或其他个人资料前取得必要许可。本条款不授权出售您的个人资料，也不替代法律要求的隐私通知或同意。

6. 付款、续费与退款

适用购买时显示的价格、计费周期及方案限制。订阅按结账时披露的安排自动续费，直至取消。请在下一次续费前，通过账户中的“管理订阅”取消。取消后停止后续续费，服务可使用至已付费期限结束。

除法律要求外，付款不予退还，详见不退款政策。付款由 Stripe 处理，其适用付款条款也可能适用。未来续费价格如有调整，我们会提前披露，并给予您取消的机会。

7. 服务可用性与账户限制

我们可能维护、更新或调整服务，无法保证服务不中断或完全无错误。为应对重大违约、欺诈、安全风险或法律要求，我们可在合理必要时限制或暂停访问。在可行情况下，我们会说明理由并给予解决问题的机会；紧急风险可能需要立即采取行动。您可联系我们申请复核。

如在预付费期间停止付费服务或大幅减少服务，我们会给予合理通知，并提供法律要求的退款或其他救济。暂停服务不影响您的法定权利。

8. 责任范围

我们负责以适用法律要求的谨慎与技能提供付费服务，但不保证解读或预测正确或实现特定结果。对于完全由您独立作出的决定（与我们违反义务无关）或您提供的不准确资料造成的损失，我们不承担责任。

本服务仅许可用于个人用途。在法律允许范围内，我们不对商业使用造成的利润、收入、商业机会损失或业务中断承担责任。本条款不排除欺诈、因疏忽导致死亡或人身伤害的责任，也不排除或限制法律禁止排除或限制的其他责任或消费者救济。

9. 权利保护与执行

对于侵权、欺诈或滥用，我们保留寻求合法救济的权利，包括移除侵权材料及在适用情况下申请法院命令。延迟行使权利不构成放弃。若某项条款不可执行，其余条款在法律允许范围内继续适用。

10. 更新、咨询与争议

我们可能因服务或法律要求变化而更新条款，并公布更新日期。对影响现有用户的重大变更，我们会合理提前通知，并在法律要求时征求同意。变更不会追溯剥夺已产生的权利或改变已完成的购买。

如有问题、权利投诉或争议，请打开 BaziLuck 并在菜单中选择“联系我们”。请说明问题及相关账户或交易，但勿发送密码或完整银行卡资料。本条款不限制您依法联系监管机构、向法院寻求救济或享有消费者保护的权利。
